1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 77taka, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or promotional offer on the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a self-excluded player or a player under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.

77taka reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are advised to review this document periodically.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on 77taka, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 77taka platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

• Accounts registered using false information, third-party identities, or virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions may be permanently suspended without notice.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

77taka processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all players:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods displayed on the platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77taka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All withdrawals are subject to a standard processing review. Requests that pass verification are typically processed within 24 hours; complex cases may take up to 5 business days.
• 77taka does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity. Depositing and immediately requesting withdrawal without gameplay may be flagged as suspicious activity and is subject to review.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 77taka offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general bonus terms apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless a promotion is explicitly designated as repeatable.
• 77taka reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time at the sole discretion of 77taka. Players will be notified of significant changes via the platform's announcement channel or registered email address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the player's account automatically at the end of the validity period.

5Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

77taka is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus systems, or interact with any game on the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live casino tables, sports betting markets, or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through a known or unknown technical fault are void and will be reclaimed by 77taka.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another player's account credentials.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the gaming wallet as a mechanism for financial transfer without genuine gameplay.
• Any behaviour that 77taka's risk and compliance team reasonably considers to constitute match-fixing, fraud, or abuse of the platform's systems.

77taka employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to monitor account activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have their withdrawal access suspended pending review. Players found in breach of these fair play rules will have their accounts permanently closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

6Sports Betting Rules

77taka offers real-money sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed on each event page. Prices and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip before confirmation.
• If a bet is accepted in error at a clearly incorrect price (palpable error), 77taka reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price, regardless of whether the event has concluded.

7Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

77taka takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 48 hours.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert players at set intervals during extended gaming sessions.
• Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the prior written consent of 77taka.

The 77taka brand name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77taka and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to game service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of 77taka.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the governing framework under which 77taka operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and 77taka:

• Players should first submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
• If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the platform's applicable operating framework.
• These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version, the English version shall prevail.

Players agree that any claim or cause of action arising from the use of the 77taka platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose, after which the claim is permanently barred.

11Amendments & Account Termination

77taka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

77taka further reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
